Sarah Harrison, BsC. Dipl Tech
Sarah completed a technical diploma in Environmental Technology with Camosun College, and a B.Sc. in Environmental Science with Royal Roads University. She has over 12 years of experience in the biological and environmental fields, where her professional background includes mining, biological consulting, fisheries biology, working for Indigenous communities, and working for BC Regulatory Authorities. She has worked in the Pacific Northwest, Prairies, and Northwest Territories in marine and terrestrial settings.
Sarah has managed environmental departments within the mining industry and has extensive experience with permitting and regulatory approvals in both the Northwest Territories and British Columbia. She is skilled in permit interpretation and compliance, management plan creation and interpretation, program/project management, field survey techniques (both aquatic and terrestrial), construction monitoring, and study design.
