Camryn Good, MSc. Ecology
Camryn completed a MSc. in Ecological Restoration at Simon Fraser University and British Columbia Institute of Technology. Her MSc. research was a co-managed kelp restoration project between the Tsleil-Waututh Nation and Kelp Rescue Initiative focused on tailoring novel bull kelp restoration techniques to Burrard Inlet. She has two years experience meaningfully collaborating with Indigenous communities and coordinating environmental programs in Burrard Inlet.
Camryn has been studying and working in the field of marine biology for four years as an undergraduate at the University of British Columbia, fall program student at Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre, kelp culture technician in the Martone Lab, and restoration coordinator at the Kelp Rescue Initiative. Through her studies and work experience, she gained foundational and practical knowledge in marine ecology, oceanography, and seaweed biology.
